About/Questionnaire

What is your favorite word?
Mami (if heard from my son). In Hungarian: "darvadozik" (I can not translate it, it´s very literary, barely said in everyday language.)

What is your least favorite word?
The German word "Kita" for kindergarten. Also some of the German names like "Detlev".

What turns you on?
Making something meaningful. Finding somewhere "the meaningful" in it. Inspiring people whit grit and hard-earned stripes. Also: good jazz music in a cosy place with good coffee, wine or good food or all these together with good arts and visual candies.

What turns you off?
Ignorance. Unintelligence.

What sound or noise do you love?
Laughs of my son.

What sound or noise do you hate?
The noise to which Ricky Gervais noted that "There is no need ever to do this." Also: pneumatic hammer.

What is your favorite curse word?
Shoot. (I have to be aware that my son is around, that´s why it should sound less harmful). There are nonetheless some heavier Hungarian curse words, though...

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Jazz diva (if only I could sing...)

What profession would you not like to do?
Housekeeper (cleaning lady): because cleaning up the mess of other people is such a hard job! Also: dustman.

If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates?
All is forgiven, meet everyone you loved!

Plus one:
Which famous/well known people would you invite to a dinner of seven? (The seventh person are you, indeed.)
Ken Robinson, Meryl Streep, Armin Wolf (Austrian journalist), Gert Scobel (German author, journalist, philosopher), Ricky Gervais, Dee Dee Bridgewater
